Lucky Supply is a trusted supplier of fresh food and produce, delivering high-quality ingredients directly to restaurants and wholesalers. With over 10 years of experience in the supply industry, we are committed to reliable and timely deliveries that support your culinary success. We recently introduced an online platform to meet the growing demand for convenient online ordering—designed to make sourcing quality ingredients easier than ever.

Where are you located?

Our headquarters are located in Mississauga, Ontario for pick-up orders. For delivery orders, we service a wide range of areas in the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Etobicoke, North York, East York, Scarborough, and more!

Products and Services
What types of products do you offer?

We offer a wide range of fresh food products, including fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meat. We also carry all the staple pantry items—spices, sauces, take-out containers, paper bags, and cutlery.

Are your products organic?

We offer both organic and conventionally grown produce. Our purpose is to bring value to your establishment and help keep costs low.

How do you ensure the freshness of your products?

We maintain strict quality control standards and use temperature-controlled vehicles to ensure all products arrive fresh. Our produce is sourced daily from trusted farms, and our high volume enables rapid turnover.

Ordering and Delivery
How can I place an order?

You can place an order through our website by creating an account, browsing our catalog, and adding items to your cart. Our customer service team is available Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm to assist you.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. You can pick up Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please place your pickup order at least 1 hour in advance. This allows our warehouse sufficient time to prepare your items.

 

During checkout, you can select “Store Pickup” and choose your preferred pickup date. Upon arrival, please first proceed to the Lucky Supply Sales Office. Then you can pick up your order at Door #9 – press the green button to notify our warehouse team. Please remember to check and confirm your order items before leaving

What if I have a large order?

For wholesale or large-volume orders, please call 905-403-2228 or email orders@luckysupply.ca with your requirements.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order is $100. Delivery is available for $150+ with a $20 fee. Free shipping on orders over $350.

How quickly can I expect my delivery?

Standard delivery within 48 hours. Cut-off: 5 pm daily (orders after that would go the next business day). Deliveries from Monday to Saturday

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout the GTA: Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Etobicoke, Downtown Toronto, North York, Milton, Burlington, and Scarborough.

 

We also do delivery on specific days of the week for Pickering, Waterloo, Georgetown, and Kitchener. Please check our page: Our Service Area to learn more. We recommend contacting us to confirm your delivery location before placing your first order

Return Policy
Can I Return Products?

Yes, you can return products, provided the following conditions are met:

General Return Conditions:

  • Please inspect and verify the quantity and quality of your products at the time of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in original, re-saleable condition and packaging.
  • Returns must be accompanied by the invoice number or purchase date.
  • A reason for the return is required.
  • Photos of the product and packaging may be required.

Return Timeframes:

  • Same-Day Returns: Most products are eligible for return on the day of delivery.
  • Fresh Items (Meat, Seafood, Vegetables & Fruits, Produce, Dairy, Frozen Products): Must be inspected upon delivery. Please contact our customer service within 24 hours.
  • Grocery Items: Can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • All returns must be approved by customer service before being sent back to avoid confusion or unauthorized returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Special Orders
  • Clearance Products
  • Products with less than 90 days remaining before expiry
  • Seasonal Products
  • Items specifically marked as “No Return” at the time of purchase

How to Request a Return:

Please contact our customer service team at 1-905-403-2228 to initiate a return.

Return and Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and confirmed by our customer service team.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or a coupon/ credit note will be provided, depending on the situation. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Note: Lucky Supply reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria. A restocking fee of at least 30% may apply.
