Lucky Supply is a trusted supplier of fresh food and produce, delivering high-quality ingredients directly to restaurants and wholesalers. With over 10 years of experience in the supply industry, we are committed to reliable and timely deliveries that support your culinary success. We recently introduced an online platform to meet the growing demand for convenient online ordering—designed to make sourcing quality ingredients easier than ever.

Where are you located?

Our headquarters are located in Mississauga, Ontario for pick-up orders. For delivery orders, we service a wide range of areas in the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Etobicoke, North York, East York, Scarborough, and more!

Products and Services
What types of products do you offer?

We offer a wide range of fresh food products, including fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meat. We also carry all the staple pantry items—spices, sauces, take-out containers, paper bags, and cutlery.

Are your products organic?

We offer both organic and conventionally grown produce. Our purpose is to bring value to your establishment and help keep costs low.

How do you ensure the freshness of your products?

We maintain strict quality control standards and use temperature-controlled vehicles to ensure all products arrive fresh. Our produce is sourced daily from trusted farms, and our high volume enables rapid turnover.

Ordering and Delivery
How can I place an order?

You can place an order through our website by creating an account, browsing our catalog, and adding items to your cart. Our customer service team is available Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm to assist you.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. You can pick up Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please place your pickup order at least 1 hour in advance. This allows our warehouse sufficient time to prepare your items.

 

During checkout, you can select “Store Pickup” and choose your preferred pickup date. Upon arrival, please proceed to Door #9 – press the green button to notify our warehouse team. Please remember to check and confirm your order items before leaving

What if I have a large order?

For wholesale or large-volume orders, please call 905-403-2228 or email orders@luckysupply.ca with your requirements.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order is $100. Delivery is available for $150+ with a $20 fee. Free shipping on orders over $350.

How quickly can I expect my delivery?

Standard delivery within 48 hours. Cut-off: 5 pm daily (orders after that would go the next business day). Deliveries from Monday to Saturday

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout the GTA: Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Etobicoke, Downtown Toronto, North York, Milton, Burlington, and Scarborough.

 

We also do delivery on specific days of the week for Pickering, Waterloo, Georgetown, and Kitchener. Please check our page: Our Service Area to learn more. We recommend contacting us to confirm your delivery location before placing your first order

Return Policy
Can I Return Products?

Yes, you can return products, provided the following conditions are met:

Same-Day Returns
  • Please inspect products upon delivery.
  • Eligible items may be returned immediately with a valid reason.
  • The following items must be inspected upon delivery and are not eligible for return after acceptance:
    • - Avocadoes
    • - Meat (fresh or frozen)
    • - Fresh noodles
    • - Dairy products
    • - Frozen product 
After Delivery Returns (Quality Issues) 
  • Fresh fruits and vegetables: report within 24 hours
  • Dry products: report within 7 days
  • Claims must include the following: 
    • - Photos
    • - Product label
    • - Order number or delivery date
    • - Quantity or proportion affected

General Conditions
  • Items must be in original, resalable condition with packaging and labels.
  • All returns must be approved prior to pickup
Non-Returnable Items
  • - Special orders 
  • - Clearance items 
  • - Grocery products with less than 90 days shelf life 
  • - Seasonal products
  • - Items marked “No Return”

Additional Terms
  • Returns may be refused if conditions are not met.
  • A minimum 30% restocking fee may apply. 
  • Drivers are not authorized to approve returns or compensation.
  • The company reserves the right of final decision on all return requests. 

How to Request a Return:

Return and Refund Processing Time
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and confirmed by our customer service team.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or a coupon/ credit note will be provided, depending on the situation. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
